Another most common reason of acne scar is pricking of the skin or accidental removal of acne. Accidental removal of acne often leads to infection, which finally causes acne scars. Yes, in some cases using over the counter medicines and creams also causes acne scars. Acne removal creams, which contain chemicals, make a severe impact on skin and so it is better to consult a dermatologist for acne removal.

Is There Any Cure For Acne Scars?

Medical science has made significance advance in the last few years and now there is cure for the acne scars. Acne scar cures vary from one person to other. It is generally based on a few factors like skin type, cause of acne and severity of acne. Therefore, it is always better to consult a dermatologist for removing these scars. Generally, proper medication cures these scars but in some cases, doctors recommend for laser treatments.
